What we collect

When you pledge on this site, we collect: your first and last name, street address, city, ZIP code, phone number, and email address. Optionally, whether you want to volunteer and the name of an organization you're part of. We also record the URL referral code (if any) that brought you to the page and your browser's user agent. We do not record your IP address.

How we use it

Your information is shared with the Christian Celeste Tate campaign so they can contact you about voting, volunteering, and campaign updates. We use your address to verify the legislative district you live in.

We may text or email you about the campaign. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe from SMS, or follow the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared with the Solidarity Tech organizing platform used by the campaign. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for the duration of the primary campaign cycle and for the period required to fulfill campaign finance reporting obligations.
